PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Education through Experience provides a space to reflect and act with values that foster environmental awareness through the program “Humanity and Nature, OUR PLANET IS A LIVING BEING.” In this way, children and young people develop critical thinking skills and become aware of living in a world where their decisions benefit everyone.

As an Educational Method designed to develop personal ethics based on universal values, through the development of socio-emotional and psychosocial competencies, it achieves a cross-cutting flexibility with any other pedagogy, both with national and foreign curricula.

OBJECTIVES

To cultivate global citizens committed to the generation and care of the environment; to modify harmful habits and practices affecting the biosphere.
To reflect, engage, and act in order to contribute individual and collective solutions to restore ecological balance.

METHODOLOGY

Our methodology assigns the role of a guide to the facilitator, allowing students to build their knowledge from life experiences. In this way, they connect new knowledge with their prior experiences to improve decision-making and apply it in their daily lives. This approach develops critical and reflective thinking, and strengthens the healthy and harmonious growth of children, adolescents, and young people. We enhance their interaction within the family and society, contribute to the prevention and solution of various social issues affecting most of the planet, and provide tools that better equip them to face challenges.

We are a Foundation with 14 years of experience promoting an educational method grounded in values such as love, respect, equality, and fairness. We provide tools to enhance and strengthen socio-emotional education. Our Education through Experience Method is integrated into six programs that address specific population sectors and environmental care.
